Your goal is to lead strategy sessions and ensure our clients see us as an indispensable "marketing arm" of their business.

Key Responsibilities
- ROI Strategy & Partnership: Lead monthly sessions to review lead volume and translate technical data into "business growth" language for clients.
- High-Level Quality Control: Act as the "Final Line of Defense," verifying technical SEO and Google Business Profile optimizations for 100% accuracy.
- The Asset Architect: Educate and persistently persuade clients to provide project photos and videos that drive their ROI.
- Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities to scale client success through budget increases or service expansions.
Required Qualifications
- Linguistic Profile (Non-negotiable):
Must be a United States accent and a fluent Spanish speaker.
- Timezone Availability: Monday - Friday, starting sharp at 8:20 AM PST until 5:00 PM PST.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to pull insights from Google Analytics and Ads to tell a compelling story about marketing performance.
- Mindset: Assertive communication, strong follow-through, and a track record of being a "trusted advisor" rather than just an order-taker.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable internet connection and a history of consistent attendance.
