1. Validates quality assurance procedures, sampling plans, methods, equipment, and processes.
2. Monitors manufacturing procedures, processes and records for compliance with established requirements.
3. Evaluates deviations and non-conformances and supports resolution of quality issues.
4. Supports process validation and verification.
5. Reviews and trends product and process quality issues using data analysis and root cause investigation.
6. Responds to quality escalations and provides technical support for troubleshooting and testing.
7. Perform risk analysis and determines quality disposition for deviation requests and non-conformances.
8. Represents the department cross-functionally in meetings that may include senior and external personnel.
9. Escalates to direct management all quality issues that could impact product safety or efficacy.

1. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of leadership, with customers and suppliers.
2. Advanced English (minimum 90% written and conversational).
3. Knowledge in Quality Core Tools (PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC).
4. Knowledge of ISO-9001 / IATF-16949.
5. Knowledge and application of analysis methods and advanced statistical tools (6 Sigma, DOE, etc.).
6. Strong technical knowledge of the automotive industry.
7. Internal auditor IATF-16949.
