Job objective:

Define plant capacity, provide support for layout changes at the León plants, establish manpower requirements, and actively participate in problem-solving through the application of Lean Tools, while complying with the requirements established by the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Intermediate–Advanced English.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, Core Tools, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and process documentation.
- Advanced Excel and Intermediate AutoCAD.
- Leadership, initiative, communication, and systems thinking.

Main Responsibilities:





- Support the definition and review of standard operation times.
- Define and monitor machine and production capacity.
- Analyze and optimize material flow and production line efficiency.
- Develop and monitor manpower requirements to meet customer demand.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing tools to standardize and improve operations.
- Maintain and update plant layouts to optimize space utilization.
- Support engineering changes and new product launches.
- Participate in problem-solving and corrective actions to improve process performance.
- Identify and report abnormalities related to productivity, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
