Provide complete support for all C&T; Compliance operations in the market,

including Commercial, Clinical Studies and RCO (Exports), as well as work with regional projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Management of all Mexico Customs & Trade import/export compliance

activities.

- Coordination with R&D; Team regarding “Direct to Patient" shipments.

- Audit host for Financial and Trade Compliance purposes.

- Vendor management in compliance with FCPA&BCF; directives, contract &

procedures amendments, updates, revision and approval.

- Working together with Taxes, Legal, Finance, Procurement, TPM’s, Plant

Sites, R&D;, Regional Logistics colleagues, Regulatory, Security, External partners and many others in the effective and efficient deployment of fluid

C&T; capabilities for inbound operations.

- Represent C&T; in local Events and Councils (Internal and External).

- Provide support for Mexico Customs & Trade operations. Support a

consistent, reliable, high quality, cost-effective and agile Regional Trade functionality. Manage the development of the functional organization structure to meet the functional objectives of Mexico C&T; in terms of cost,

service, and quality for both organizations (Commercial & R&D;).

- As a person responsible for Mexico Customs & Trade, strongly support the

Mexico operation, managing the broker implants and all the expenses related with Import/Export daily operations.

- Act as Mexico Customs & Trade representative and escalation point for

issue resolution.

Designee Role And Responsibilities

This position can be a designee for Customs & Trade Senior Manager for

LATAM

- The main purpose of this role is to provide C&T; support for Latam region

(import/export)



operations.

- This role will be responsible to manage operational activities and will

provide significant support to Latam Trade Compliance Regional Lead, on an ongoing basis.

- Acting as the contact point person for all markets operations (managing

urgent needs, projects, supporting duties and other logistics related payments, new launches).

Required Competencies

- Strong ability in negotiating and influencing with and without authority in

complex, high impact, highly-regulated situations.

- Strong ability in understanding commercial, regulatory and access operating

principles to translate them into Logistics solutions.

- Demonstrated capability in implementing challenging goals, objectives and

practices in a complex, ambiguous and highly regulated environment.

- Developed ability to create and foster a team-based environment to

establish and maintain cooperative relationships with individuals contacted during the course of work.

- Strong presentation and communication skills both, oral and written, in

English and Spanish/Portuguese.

- Strongly Preferred Demonstrated proficiency in competency areas of

Strategic Agility, Organizational Agility, Business Acumen, Process Design and Management, Organization Change Management and Process

Effectiveness - in globally diverse, rapidly changing cross-cultural environment.

- Strongly Preferred Strong coaching, mentoring and employee development

skills.

- Preferred Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem

solving and rapid decision-making skills, as well as significant soft skills.

Required Qualifications And Desired Experience

- Undergraduate degree preferably in Customs & Trade, Supply Chain

Management & Logistics.

- Advanced degree, diploma or certification in Customs & Trade, Supply Chain

& Logistics or MBA strongly preferred in Customs or Trade Compliance.

- 5 years of Customs & Trade Management experience for a reputed, global

Pharmaceutical or similar product profile company. 5 years should be in positions of manager, preferably based in Latin America markets.

- Significant knowledge and best practice experience working with strategic

logistical service providers for global Logistics solutions, with emphasis on





Global Trade across all product types, setting the Customer at the center of the processes.

- Experience with AEO certification and other relevant General Trade programs

and bodies.

- Good understanding and exposure to Global/LA Trade regulations and other

global regulatory body requirements.

- Experience in developing and implementing world class, Global Trade

processes.

- Exposure and experience in Global Supply Chain process, principles, and

practices.

- Experience with SAP (Production. GTS, etc.)
