Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to lead heva's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines creative storytelling (reels, shorts, stories, and posts) with performance marketing execution (Meta Business Suite, ad campaigns, analytics), while also supporting SEM/SEO efforts and event management.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, coordinating events, and ensuring our brand reaches patients and providers in ways that build trust and drive growth.

This is a hands-on, in-person role based in our Mexico City office.

Responsibilities

- Develop, produce, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (reels, shorts, stories, posts).
- Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality output aligned with heva's brand voice.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Support SEM/SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and campaign tracking.
- Track, analyze,



and report campaign performance; use insights to refine creative and targeting.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Stay current on social media trends and platform algorithm changes.
- Foster engagement with doctors, patients, and communities through active social presence.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field, but Marketing-related programs are preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and performance marketing.
- Working knowledge of SEM/SEO fundamentals.
- Proficiency with video editing and design tools (e.g., Figma, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Data-driven mindset: able to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in healthcare or medical tourism preferred.
- Experience planning or coordinating events is a plus.
- Familiarity with Notion and Claude; experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager required. Experience with AI Media Generation tools is a plus.
- Comfort appearing on camera or collaborating with influencers and creators.
