Teva Wellness & Lifestyle is a private, members-only wellness club for people who take their health, performance, and longevity seriously. Alongside the club, Teva has a rooftop terrace that can host events for up to 150 guests—an exceptional commercial asset in the heart of Polanco.

The opportunity

We are looking for a commercially driven Membership Sales & Events Coordinator to develop two connected areas of the business. This is not a passive administrative role. You will be expected to create opportunities, build relationships, follow up relentlessly, and convert conversations into memberships, partnerships, and event bookings.

Part 1: Membership sales & corporate partnerships

- Sell Teva memberships, conduct club tours, understand prospects’ needs, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Build a consistent pipeline through in-person outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships—not by waiting for leads to appear.
- Proactively approach hotels, companies, offices, residential developments, embassies, concierge teams, luxury brands, and other businesses in Polanco and surrounding areas.
- Create corporate membership opportunities, employee-wellness alliances, referral agreements, and cross-promotional partnerships.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up until every opportunity reaches a clear outcome.
- Keep accurate records of prospects, conversations, next steps, partnership opportunities, and results.

Part 2: Launch and coordinate the rooftop-events business





Teva’s rooftop terrace can host events for up to 150 guests. A central part of this position is to help launch this business line and establish the terrace as a sought-after venue for premium corporate, wellness, social, and brand events.

- Help define and launch the terrace offering, including event packages, pricing, sales materials, venue tours, proposal templates, and booking processes.
- Generate event leads by approaching companies, hotels, event planners, agencies, luxury brands, wellness partners, and local businesses.
- Respond to enquiries, qualify opportunities, prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate within approved parameters, and secure bookings.
- Build relationships with event planners, suppliers, caterers, production teams, and other partners who can generate or support events.
- Coordinate confirmed events with Teva’s internal team and external suppliers so expectations, timelines, logistics, and client communication are clear.
- Follow up after events to secure repeat business, referrals, testimonials, and future partnership opportunities.

The person we are looking for

- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with confident spoken and written communication.
- Proven experience in sales, hospitality, events, partnerships, luxury services, wellness, or a closely related field.
- Commercially minded and comfortable prospecting, presenting, negotiating, following up, and closing.
- Confident engaging with senior decision-makers, high-net-worth clients, hotel teams, corporate contacts, and event professionals.
- Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities at different stages.
- Resourceful and proactive—someone who creates momentum rather than waiting for instructions, and who brings a genuine long-term vision for growing with the company.
- Genuinely interested in wellness, hospitality, premium experiences, and the lifestyle Teva represents.
- Versátil to support events that may occasionally take place in the evening or on weekends.

Compensation, benefits & growth potential

- MXN 20,000 net monthly base salary (after tax).
- Private major medical insurance (seguro de gastos médicos mayores).
- 10% commission on the first monthly payment of each membership sold.
- 5% commission on day-pass sales.
- Terrace-rental commission: 10% when sold at full price; 7% when sold at a 25% discount; and 5% when sold at a 50% discount.
- All commissions are uncapped—there is no ceiling on earnings generated through successful sales.
- Approximate on-target earnings: MXN 50,000 per month when sales targets are achieved.

A strong performer can take on greater commercial responsibility, progress into senior leadership, and substantially increase their earnings. We are looking for someone with long-term vision who wants to help build the business—not simply fill a sales position.
