Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.

- English advanced

- This position operates out of Leon, Mexico. On-site preferred, hybrid acceptable.

- 5+ years of relevant Oracle E-Business Suite experience, including R12.

- 5+ years relevant Oracle APEX experience.

- 5+ years of direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment.

- Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application.

- Experience with Oracle EBS SCM Modules: Purchasing, Inventory and Order Management, Finance desirable.

- Preferred: manufacturing experience, particularly in textile and automotive assembly sectors.

- Knowledge of Power Apps and AI Solutions desirable.

Responsibilities

- Implementing and customizing Oracle EBS and Apex applications to meet business requirements.

- Creating PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions based on business requirements.

- Developing and maintaining BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports and optimizing SQL performance.

- Implementing and customizing Oracle EBS and Apex applications to meet business requirements.





- Solve internal customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on mid and expert knowledge of Oracle EBS applications functionality and technology.

- Work closely with users to understand their needs, support business change, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.

- Provide remote-based functional support & training for multiple EBS modules, globally.

- Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices advice.

- Develop application break fixes and workarounds for critical product defects.

- Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity.

- Develop upon legacy reporting and set a new framework in place to retire obsolete technology and reports.

- Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the user experience.
