Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Progreso de Obregón, HID. The Owner will oversee all aspects of the training business, including planning and delivering NLP, soft skills, and emotional intelligence programs to corporate and individual clients. Daily responsibilities include designing course materials, facilitating workshops, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality training experiences.

The role also involves business development activities such as networking, marketing services, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining partnerships. The Owner will manage operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance, while guiding any staff or collaborators to support the organization’s mission and growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in NLP, emotional intelligence, and soft skills (e.g., body language, team building,



motivational skills, conflict management).
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities, with skill in engaging diverse audiences and adapting content to different learning styles.
- Business management and client relationship skills, including planning, budgeting, marketing, and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Progreso de Obregón, HID, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in NLP, emotional intelligence, or training and development; a background in psychology, human resources, education, or related fields is beneficial.
- Fluency in local working languages (such as Spanish, and preferably English), and familiarity with corporate training environments.
