Job Summary:

Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV is seeking an R&D; Trainee to support research and development activities, contributing to innovative solutions in automotive electrical systems. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist R&D; engineers in the design, development, and testing of new automotive electrical components and systems.

- Conduct experiments, collect data, and analyze results under supervision.

- Support the creation and modification of technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for product improvement and innovation.

- Perform literature reviews and research on emerging technologies and market trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality, to ensure seamless integration of R&D; efforts.





- Troubleshoot and debug prototypes and experimental setups.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (recently graduated or expecting to graduate within 6 months).

- Strong academic record.

- Basic understanding of automotive electrical systems and components.

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) is a plus.
