Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA OTC process design, implementation, and support across manufacturing and distribution environments in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA OTC processes: Customer Master Data, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery Processing, Billing, Credit Management, Returns Management, and Intercompany Transactions Manage SAP implementations, rollouts, and support engagements Configure and support Mobile Data Entry (MDE) enabled Simplified Push Delivery Processes, including real-time delivery execution, goods issue confirmation, inventory visibility, barcode scanning, and mobile-based warehouse operations Optimize order fulfillment, delivery accuracy, and operational efficiency through integration of warehouse logistics and sales functions Ensure end-to-end process alignment across OTC integration with MM, WM/EWM, PP, Transportation,



and FICO modules Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support Collaborate with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, logistics, and technical teams Drive process standardization, user adoption, and continuous improvement Support Mexico-specific localization and business requirements Required Qualifications Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA OTC processes Proven experience leading SAP implementation/rollout/support engagements in manufacturing/distribution Hands-on experience with MDE-enabled Simplified Push Delivery Processes Strong integration knowledge across MM, WM/EWM, PP, Transportation, and FICO Experience with full project lifecycle: fit-gap, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
