Our client is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Cold Caller (Real Estate Industry) to join their team. This role focuses on making outbound calls to property owners, verifying details, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for real estate agents while seamlessly communicating in both

English and Spanish . You will track your success against defined KPIs, such as call volume and appointment set, and report directly to business owners daily. Outstanding performance in this position offers a direct path to transition into a full-time role within two months.

Schedule:

- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to property owners using a provided database and calling system
- Verify that phone numbers are correctly associated with the corresponding properties
- Confirm property ownership by identifying and speaking with the presente property owner
- Qualify leads by determining whether property owners are interested in selling
- Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for the real estate agents
- Seamlessly switch between English and Spanish based on the contact's language preference

Requirements





- Proven experience in outbound cold calling, preferably within the real estate industry
- Fluency in both English and Spanish with the ability to transition between languages mid-conversation
- High level of resilience and ability to handle frequent rejection without losing motivation
- Energetic, friendly, and professional phone demeanor
- Strong attention to detail when verifying property and ownership information
