Aplazo in Mexico is seeking a Tech Lead Manager to guide a squad of 4–8 engineers. You will stay hands-on 40–60% while owning delivery, quality, and people development, acting as the first-line manager for the team.
You will run 1:1s, coach careers, and build a culture of ownership and psychological safety, while still coding and making technical decisions alongside your team. This is a player‑coach role with impact across product and engineering.
