Flex is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and support welding and sheet metal manufacturing processes. You will program robotic welding systems, develop WPS per AWS standards, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve quality and throughput.
You will interpret technical drawings, perform DFM reviews, and drive corrective actions with RCA. NPI support and manufacturing readiness are also part of the role.
