Lead, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing engineering activities to ensure efficient, stable, and cost-effective production processes while meeting company standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

1. Lead and supervise the Manufacturing Engineering team.
2. Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
3. Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
4. Ensure proper development and maintenance of work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and technical documentation.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, downtime, and operational costs.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (OEE, efficiency, productivity, quality).
7. Lead layout improvements and line balancing projects.
8. Validate tooling, equipment, and fixtures.
9. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Production, and EHS teams.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
11. Approve process changes.
12. Authorize technical documentation.
13. Assign priorities and resources within the engineering team.
14. Escalate operational risks to management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
2. 7+ years in manufacturing engineering.
3. Proven experience leading technical teams.
4. Experience in manufacturing environments (automotive, electronics, etc.).
5. Lean Manufacturing

7. PFMEA
8. Quality standards (ISO, IATF if applicable)
9. Advanced english proficiency (spoken and written)
10. Valid U.S. visa and availability for international travel
