Tasks

Ready to connect, sell, and make an impact? Discover the key responsibilities you’ll take on:

- Processes customer requests & performs bookings as per the booking process & the Cargo Booking Manual
- Books standard & special products which include OAL (Other Airline) segments & conducts a loadability & profitability check before offering a rate
- Makes quotations for ad hoc pricing requests following the rules of Target Pricing & considering profitability, the customer’s willingness to pay & upselling potential
- Consults customers in finding the right product, & pro-actively sells customer-oriented transport solutions in collaboration with the Handling department & in close co-operation with Outside Sales
- Supports sales team to achieve revenue & tonnage budgets
- Actively pushes the eChannel usage and follows up Spot Quotes

* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

Requirements

- High school diploma/GED required
- College degree/vocational training desirable
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- Min.



1-2 years of relevant work experience in Airfreight, Logistics, Transportation, Sales required
- Excellent skills of written and spoken English language
- Good knowledge of comparable Airfreight, Logistics, Transportation, Sales desirable
- Advanced IT knowledge, preferably including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and Outlook.

- Must possesss a work permit in Mexico
