Salary offers: From $28,000.00MXN gross, with law and above law benefits; up to $42,000.00MXN net payment (somewhat of a contractor arrangement) + accounting support + medical insurance. The salary offers may vary and will be determined according to experience and skills.

Are you passionate about industrial design and mechanical systems? Join a collaborative team where your skills in AutoCAD and Revit will help shape critical infrastructure across manufacturing and life-science environments.

️ Design mechanical systems for industrial facilities – think HVAC, ductwork, piping, and clean utilities

Size and specify equipment: chillers, AHUs, pumps, and more

Run load calculations, energy modeling, and airflow analysis

Create construction-ready drawings in AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP

Apply ASHRAE, NFPA, and other design standards

Collaborate with electrical, process, and architectural teams

️ 5–10 years of hands-on mechanical design experience

️ Proficiency in AutoCAD (required) and Revit (preferred)

️ Experience in industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, or life sciences

️ Strong command of English and great communication skills

️ Knowledge of mechanical codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)

️ U.S. project experience is a big plus

Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech facilities





Familiarity with clean utilities (WFI, CIP, SIP)

Understanding of sustainability and energy recovery practices

This is a design-oriented position with future potential to expand into broader engineering tasks. You’ll report directly to an experienced team lead, work fully remotely, and enjoy a adaptable and professional environment.
