Logistics Representative positions. We are hiring resources Logistics Representatives, along with additional inventory reconciliation responsibilities in SAP, including processing scrapping and location-move transactions. Please review the JD details below. - Location: Preferred location is Monterrey, Mexico, one day onsite. - Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish

Core Responsibilities

1. Execute Inventory Transactions in SAP
- Process daily inventory and scrap transactions.
- Enter approved scrap transactions into SAP/Signal.
- Ensure transactions align with approved scrap IDs and supporting documentation.
- Report completion status and exceptions daily.

- Support S&A; Scrap Backlog Cleanup

- Work through files provided by USA containing:
- O SKU information
- O Scrap IDs
- O Quantities

- Process historical, untransacted scrap activity.
- Validate that transactions are correctly recorded and traceable.

- Inventory Reconciliation Support

- Help reconcile discrepancies between:
- O inventory records
- O SAP/Signal inventory records





- Investigate inventory variances and support inventory cleanup efforts.

- Reporting and Tracking

- Maintain records of completed transactions.
- Track which approved scrap IDs have been processed.
- Provide status updates on backlog reduction and remaining work.

- Coordination with USA Teams

- Work closely with USA personnel in El Paso and Juarez.
- Receive transaction files and clarification requests.
- Facilitate ongoing communication to ensure transactions remain current.

Required Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Experience performing inventory transactions in SAP.
- Inventory control or inventory management background.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process high transaction volumes accurately.
- Comfortable working from transaction logs, spreadsheets, and inventory reports.

Nice to haves

- Experience with:
- O Inventory reconciliation
- O Scrap processing
- O Contract manufacturing environments (Flex or similar EMS providers)
- O SAP inventory modules.
