Interview Mode: 1st Round 30-minutes Screening, 2nd round – Technical Interview, 3rd Round – Client Interview

Mandatory Skills: Twilio Voice, IVR, Twilio Inbound & Outbound, Twilio Insights, Twilio Analytics, Contact center platform, Provider, Payer, Operations, Healthcare domain, Product Owner

~ Exposure to Twilio IVR and Insights reporting

Skills needed: ~ Seasoned Product Owner with 10+ years of experience as Technical PO

Must have skills –
DB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs
Familiar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting
Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders

Ability to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated

Acceptance criteria: ~ Familiar with Twilio Insights with product background

Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting
