✨What You'll Do:
Assist with probate administration, including drafting and filing legal documents.

Manage the probate process from start to finish.
Gather and organize documents for probate and estate planning.

Prepare estate planning documents like wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
✍️
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties in English and Spanish.

Handle e-filing, track deadlines, and manage correspondence.
Answer and route phone calls professionally.
✅Our Adecuado Candidate:
Has at leastone year of experienceworking in a U. S. probate law firm.
Holds abachelor's degree in Lawor a related field.
Isbilingual in English (C1 or higher)



and Spanish , both spoken and written.

Demonstratesstrong organizational skills and attention to detailwhile managing multiple tasks.
Hasproficiency in legal research, writing, and drafting legal documents.
Is skilled inMicrosoft Office, specifically Word.
Can workindependently and as part of a teamwith minimal supervision.
Permanently resides inLatin America.
Owns areliable laptop (Windows or Mac, **** or newer) with a stable internet connection.
