What You'll Bring
Required
1–3 years of relevant professional experiencein healthcare, pharmacy, healthcare IT or a related environment.
Advanced English, with the ability to communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
Experience with ticketing or support systems.
Understanding of medication management workflows.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards;HIPAA preferred.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and research skills.
Clear and professional communication.
Proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach.
Commitment to continuous learning.
Nice to Have
Epic experience or certification.
EHR/EMR experience.
U. S. healthcare experience.
Healthcare technology or consulting experience.What You'll Do
· Support medication management workflows and system requests.
· Configure and maintain medication information, including names, dosages, and presentations.
· Manage tickets, documentation, and system updates.
· Provide support to physicians,



nurses, and pharmacy teams.
· Validate changes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Collaborate with clinical and technical teams supporting U. S. healthcare clients.
What We're Looking For
Degree/background inPharmacology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
Experience with ticketing/support systems.
Understanding of medication management workflows.
Healthcare compliance knowledge;HIPAA preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to change.
Advanced English.
