This is a hands on role reporting to the CTO, owning and scaling an already mature security programWhat you'll own:Security across the platform, cloud infrastructure, corporate systems and endpointsThe security of the money movement path (transaction approval, withdrawal controls, credentials)Cloud and Kubernetes hardening, codified as infrastructure as codeApplication and infrastructure security reviews, working directly with engineers to fix issuesISO ***** certification progress, audits, and banking partner due diligenceIncident response, on call rotation, and business continuity/disaster recovery testingWhat you bring:5+ years in security engineering, appsec, or cloud security,



ideally in fintech, payments or bankingReal hands on engineering ability.
You can read code, understand auth flows, and fix what's brokenPractical OWASP Top 10 experience in production environmentsExperience implementing ISO *****, SOC 2, or NISTCertifications like OSCP, CISSP, or ISO ***** Lead Implementer are a plusProfessional EnglishBased in Mexico City or willing to relocate.
