This is afully remote seasonal opportunity for candidates based in Mexicowho are passionate about customer service, sales, and helping others through important life decisions during a high-volume enrollment period.
In this role, you will handle inbound calls from prospective learners interested in exploring available educational programs.
Representatives will guide students through the enrollment process, answer questions, provide program information, and, in some cases, assist with payment collection.
We are looking for friendly, motivated, and consultative communicators who can build rapport naturally and create a positive experience for every caller in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service and sales experience is highly preferred, as well as strong English proficiency.Training Schedule
Training will begin onJune 8thand will run for a period of three weeks, Monday to Friday, from7:30 AM to 5:06 PM MST.Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
Sunday: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM ESTCompensation
$5.50 USD p/hr
Paid weeklyWork Schedule
Daily shifts of 9.6 hours (including an hour break)
48 hours p/week
Monday to Sunday with 2 rotating days off:
Week 1: Saturday and Sunday off
Week 2: One day off on the weekend and one day off during the weekKey Responsibilities
