We are looking for Systems Requirements Engineer Jr:
Intermediate System Requirements Engineer – Infotainment Subsystem
Acts as the key liaison betweenDesign & Release Engineers (DREs)andSystem Architects , ensuring that technical and regulatory needs are translated into clear, specific, and actionable requirements for the design, development, validation, and release of vehicle electrical and electronic components.
UtilizesRequirements Engineering methodologiesto elicit, analyze, document, and maintain system requirements.
Experienced in specialized tools such asIBM DOORSfor requirements management,IBM Engineering Workflow Management (RTC)for workflow control, andJIRAfor issue tracking.
Collaborates closely in system design and development, actively participating in theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Applies analytical methods such asDFMEAto ensure the quality and reliability of the infotainment system, including the integration of advanced technologies such asApple Car PlayandAndroid Auto.Activities:
1. Requirements Definition & Management
Write, update, and maintain technical requirements for theInfotainment subsystem(and Cabin Thermal & Safety, as applicable) throughout production phases.
Conduct requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
UtilizeIBM DOORSfor requirements management and traceability.
2. Systems Analysis & Design
Perform system requirements analysis using established engineering methodologies.
Collaborate in the design and development of infotainment hardware and software systems.
Support system modeling and architecture activities.
3. Technical Coordination & Liaison
Act as the key link betweenDesign & Release Engineers (DREs)andSystem Architects.




Work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure correct hardware–software integration.
4. Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and software system failures.
Apply diagnostic tools to detect and address technical issues.
5. Project Tracking & Workflow Control
UseIBM Engineering Workflow Management (RTC)andJIRAto manage workflows, tasks, and issue tracking.
Contribute to the completeSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)for infotainment components.
6. Quality Assurance & Risk Analysis
Conduct thorough testing to validate system functionality and reliability.
PerformDFMEAto identify and mitigate potential design risks.
7. Technical Documentation
Create and maintain detailed records of diagnosed issues, implemented solutions, and established requirements.
Prepare and update technical documentation, including specifications and reports.University Degree (Bachelor's or Engineering) in related fields such as:Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering
Requirements Engineering:Basic level (0–1 years of experience in definition, management, and elicitation of requirements).
Requirements Management with IBM DOORS:Basic level (0–1 years of experience).
Workflow Control with IBM Engineering Workflow Management (RTC):Basic
Issue Tracking with JIRA:Basic (0–1 years of experience).
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):Basic (0–1 years of experience).
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting (HW/SW):Basic (0–1 years of experience).
Systems Engineering Methodologies:Basic
