This role is critical to our creative workflow.
You will work closely with ourcreative, photography, and design teamsto retouch a high volume ofproduct and lifestyle imageryused across e-commerce, marketing campaigns, email, and social media.

You care deeply about the craft of retouching while also understanding the pace and demands of a modern digital brand.Key ResponsibilitiesRetouchhigh-volume product and lifestyle photographyfor e-commerce, marketing, email, and social media
Ensureconsistent color, lighting, and brand standardsacross all visual assets
Perform detailedskin retouching, garment cleanup, color correction, background cleanup, and compositing
Deliverhigh-quality retouching under tight deadlines
Collaborate closely withphotographers, designers, and the creative teamto maintain visual consistency




Managelarge batches of images efficientlyusing streamlined workflows
Maintainorganized file structures and consistent naming conventions
Helprefine and improve internal retouching workflowsto increase speed and efficiency
3–5+ years of professional photo retouching experience
Strongportfolio showcasing fashion, product, or lifestyle retouching
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Experience working withCapture One or Lightroom workflows
Exceptionaleye for color, lighting, and natural skin retouching
Ability towork quickly without sacrificing quality
Experience handlinghigh-volume e-commerce production
Strongorganizational and time management skills
Collaborative mindset withstrong communication skillsBonus QualificationsExperience in retouchingapparel or fashion photography
Experience working withhigh-growth DTC or e-commerce brands
Familiarity withautomation, batch processing, or AI-assisted retouching tools
Understanding ofprint vs. digital image requirements
