AP & AR SpecialistWe are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized AP & AR Specialist to join our finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership of financial processes, improving accuracy, and collaborating with different teams to support efficient business operations.In this role, you will be responsible for managing key Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including invoice processing, vendor management, customer billing, payment follow-ups, and financial documentation.
The idóneo candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do:Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice entry, GL coding, approvals, and payment processingSupport vendor onboarding by validating documentation and maintaining accurate vendor recordsReview invoices, expenses, and credit card transactions to ensure proper documentation and accuracyAssist with customer invoicing, statements,
