You'll own:25+ entities in Intuit Enterprise Suite (scaling to ******+), consolidations, investment accountingFund accounting: GP/LP consolidations, capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, investor reportingDevelopment accounting: job costing, draws, GC pay apps, change orders, retainageFP&A;: budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, underwriting modelsCorporate accounting: AP/AR, payroll, treasury, intercompany billingMigrating from Excel to a real SQL/Azure data environment✅ You bring:CPA or equivalent7–10+ years in accounting/finance, PE experience strongly preferredAdvanced Excel, financial modeling, SQL/AzureAdvanced QuickBooks/Intuit Enterprise Suite, multi-entity, US GAAPReal estate development exposure; a strong plusSharp executive communication and true autonomy, you deliver finished work, not draftsBased in Mexico (Monterrey/CDMX preferred), aligned to U.S. hours DM me or apply if this is you.
