We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales & Leasing Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for every prospective resident interested in the client's properties.This is a fast-paced, fully remote role where speed, warmth, and consistency directly influence occupancy rates.Monitor the CRM throughout your shift for new leads across multiple properties.Tour Conversion & Sales Qualify prospects, understand their needs,



and match them with the right property.CRM Management Track your own performance metrics: speed to lead, contact rate, and conversions.Maintain high energy and quality standards—even during heavy volume.Natural sales ability — listens well, creates urgency, asks the right questions.Self-starter — moves fast without supervision; Detail-oriented — understands that data accuracy = team success.1–2+ years in inside sales, appointment setting, leasing, or customer service.
~ Experience with CRMs like Yardi, Knock, Rent Manager, Salesforce, etc.
