and delivery requirements._What a typical day looks like:- _ Directs daily department activities to optimize equipment utilization and support production needs._- _ Establishes preventative maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability._- _ Forecasts operating costs and prepares budget requests for the department._- _ Reviews and determines material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements._- _ Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations._- _ Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function._- _ Administers safety programs to maintain a safe and clean workplace for employees._- _ Generates maintenance logs and other operational metrics for performance evaluation._The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Experience with automation systems._- _ Proficiency in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes._- _ Previous management experience demonstrating leadership skills._- _ Intermediate proficiency in English._- _ Ability to conduct in-depth engineering analysis._What you'll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.
