Key ResponsibilitiesPerform system-level testing and validation for automotive systems.Develop and execute test cases and test scripts for HIL environments.Configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain HIL test systems.Perform automated testing usingNI TestStand, AutomationDesk, ECU-Test, or similar tools.Develop and debug automation scripts for testing and validation.Analyze test results, identify issues, and support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.Work with automotive communication protocols includingCAN, OBD, J****, and UDS.Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to resolve test-related issues.Support test documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of testing processes.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experiencein automotive testing or system validation.Diploma or Bachelor's degree inElectrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering,



or a related field.Strong automotive domain experience withsystem testing.Hands-on experience withHIL systemsand troubleshooting.Experience with HIL platforms/tools such asNI, dSPACE, Vector, or ETAS.Hands-on experience withNI TestStand, AutomationDesk, ECU-Test, or similar test automation tools.Good understanding oftest automation scripting and debugging.Knowledge ofCAN, OBD, J****, and UDSprotocols.Powertrain testing/validation experienceis an added advantage.Preferred ExperienceExperience working withautomotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.Knowledge of ECU testing and validation methodologies.Experience with test execution, defect tracking, test reporting, and troubleshooting.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
