SAP PP/QM SME – Mexico
Location: Mexico Work Mode: Remote + travel to Ciudad Juárez 2 times per month Hiring Mode: FTE
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
SAP PP/QM SME
with strong expertise in
SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM)
within manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support and optimize
SAP S/4HANA PP/QM
processes, including MRP, production orders, shop floor control, production confirmations, quality inspections, and quality notifications. Support
Mobile Data Entry (MDE)
and
Simplified Push Delivery
processes across production, warehouse, and logistics. Ensure integration of
PP/QM with MM, WM/EWM, OTC, FICO, and logistics
processes. Conduct
fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
activities. Work with manufacturing, quality, warehouse,



and business teams to improve processes and standardize SAP solutions. Troubleshoot production and quality issues and provide SME-level support.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA PP and QM
. Experience in
manufacturing/automotive environments
. Strong knowledge of
MRP, production planning, production orders, QM inspections, and quality notifications
. Experience with
MDE and mobile-enabled manufacturing/logistics processes
. Knowledge of
PP/QM integration with MM, WM/EWM, OTC, and FICO
. Experience with
SAP implementations, rollouts, and production support
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to
travel to Ciudad Juárez twice per month
.
