✨ What You'll Do:? Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operations? Drive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time delivery? Lead Production, Warehouse & Trims teams⚙️ Improve operational efficiency through Lean & continuous improvement? Manage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization, inventory & manufacturing costs? Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges✅ We're Looking For:
- 5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience




- Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing
- High-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred
- Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred
- English/Spanish bilingual skills required? RELOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is 100% on-site in Ensenada, Mexico.
