This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Manufacturing - Operations group.
A successful incumbent is expected to
(i) Plan and coordinate activities of a large team across multiple departments to comply with production and costs programs; Ensure all operating procedures and policies are executed properly, and
(ii) Maintain an efficient operation; ensure alignment with the business operations or operational priorities (safety, quality, customer service, people, and cost).
Requires 2+ years of experience in production with a bachelor's degree; 7+ years of production experience without a bachelor's degree and a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as defined.
- Plan and coordinate activities of a large team across multiple departments to comply with production and costs programs; Ensure all operating procedures and policies are executed properly- Maintain an efficient operation; ensure alignment with the business operations or operational priorities (safety, quality, customer service, people, and cost)- Focus on continuous improvement and make recommendations to improve production methods- Responsible of ensuring the optimal performance on RGA and Scrap processes,
complying with high levels of safety and quality as required by company- Monitor assembly operations directing and coordinating productive operations- Ensure that products comply with the requirements established in the quality standards- Assign and organize the activities, instruct, guide and assist workers to resolve issues- Ensure that personnel under their responsibility comply with EHS requirements- Responsible for the safe and correct operation of the assigned product line- Participate on special projects related to productivity and new products as needed- Process data, analyze trends, and establish action plans in alignment with operational priorities- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
