GoalSupport assembly operations through failure analysis, technical documentation, time studies, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance monitoring to optimize production efficiency and line capacity.Production Support: Assist with the analysis of failures on assembly lines and optimization projects.Technical Documentation: Support the creation, review, and updating of work instructions, visual aids, and SAP information.Time and Motion Studies: Conduct time studies at assembly stations to identify bottlenecks and balance production lines.Continuous Improvement Projects: Participate in Kaizen events and projects focused on reducing scrap, optimizing processes, and designing fixtures.Capacity Analysis: Support the monitoring of key area performance indicators, including efficiency, OEE, and production plan compliance.Experience, Knowledge And SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
