✨ Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operations Drive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time delivery Lead Production, Warehouse & Trims teams ⚙️ Manage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization, inventory & manufacturing costs 5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience
- Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing
- Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred
