Select, train and develop plant supervisory and administrative staff
Be responsible for driving continuous improvements in factory yield
Develops and executes adaptable production systems based on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Process Control techniques across all manufacturing operations.
Develops quality strategies that drive process stability, quality assurance and process standardization with associated controls and feedback.
Working on specified projects and being accountable for their completion
Preparing and maintaining a budget and consistently checking financials for accuracy




Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, and fulfillment metrics, quality systems, cost systems, and fulfillment metrics, and procedures

~ Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex, global, unique and sometimes ambiguous environment
~ Proven leadership skills (experience successfully managing people / projects / issues)

~ MBA or Masters in manufacturing / business / engineering preferred.
