~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
~5 years of experience in program or project management.
~ Experience working in networking, cloud, or data center environments.
~ Experience managing NPI programs for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) hardware with a focus on vendor management, cost control, quality/reliability, and on-time delivery.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.




~5 years of experience in multiple aspects of hardware and manufacturing operations.
~ Knowledge about hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, assembly and test processes.
~ Effective communicator of project requirements and schedules.
As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. Lead cross-functional program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
Plan and execute operations development activities, ensure transition to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters, and ensure production transitions meet program goals.
