Our team has built and scaled finance functions at companies including Lyft, Ramp, and SoftBank. We are seeking an experienced Head Accountant to own the finance function of a high-growth US company, working remotely from LATAM.
This is the senior finance seat in the business, and it remains substantively hands-on.



You will be accountable for the accuracy of the financials, the close, the audit, and the controls, and you will carry that ownership through into planning, forecasting, cash management, and the finance infrastructure the company needs in order to keep growing. You will work directly with the founders, CEO, and leadership team. A significant part of the role is translating financial information into clear recommendations that people outside finance can act on.
Because you will be the most senior finance person in the company and located outside the United States, the role calls for someone who operates well with autonomy, communicates proactively rather than on request, and can hold both the detail and the strategic picture without a layer above them to catch what falls through.
