About the Role:
In this role,



you will provide technical consulting and integration expertise to support clients implementing LexisNexis Risk Solutions products. You will work closely with clients, Sales, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver implementations, and drive successful outcomes while ensuring a strong customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders across multiple industries
Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples to support successful client implementations
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them efficiently
Own communication with Sales and clients through to resolution
Support installation, implementation, and configuration activities while maintaining project plans
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
Deliver technical presentations,
