Lead the Monterrey site as an integrated glass manufacturing, quality laboratory, and regional distribution center operation to achieve business, customer, regulatory, and corporate objectives in safety, quality, service, cost, compliance, and growth.
Ensure robust execution of manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and laboratory quality systems, including sustained compliance with applicable ISO/IEC ***** requirements, product quality standards, and all safety, health, environmental, customs, and trade obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead site operations for glass manufacturing, distribution, and support functions to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost objectives.Develop and execute the site operating plan aligned with business strategy for glass labware manufacturing and Latin America distribution requirements.Ensure safe and compliant plant operation, with strong emphasis on glass manufacturing hazards, contractor safety, process discipline, warehouse safety, environmental compliance, and risk reduction.Ensure organizational support for ISO/IEC *****-certified laboratory activitiesLead customer-focused performance, including complaint reduction, timely issue resolution, product quality improvement, and service reliability for regional customers and distributors.Champion operational excellence, continuous improvement and innovation, using data-driven problem solving, lean manufacturing, process control,
