SummaryCore Molding Technologies is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to support employee health and safety programs at our manufacturing facility.
This role provides first aid and medical support to employees, supports workplace health initiatives, and helps prevent and manage workplace injuries and health risks.
The Occupational Health Nurse will also support pre-employment and periodic medical evaluations, maintain required health and safety records, coordinate with IMSS, and provide training and guidance on first aid and workplace health practices.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first aid and medical attention to employees as neededRefer employees who are injured or ill to IMSS or other appropriate medical careConduct pre-employment medical examinations for new hiresConduct annual internal medical examinations and examinations required by STPSPrepare and maintain documentation and records related to workplace injuries and accidentsCoordinate workplace health programs with IMSS and support community health initiativesMonitor and analyze the frequency and severity of workplace incidents and accidentsSupport accident prevention and workplace health initiativesMaintain required health and safety statistics and recordsSupport the Joint Health and Safety Commission (Comisión Mixta de Seguridad e Higiene)Organize, control,
