Full-time position.Must be a local or close enough to commute.Contract: 1 yearResponsibilitiesPerform in-process and final inspections on cable and harness assembliesRecord inspection data, maintain accurate documentation, and report non-conformancesSupport MRB activities and provide feedback to production and quality teams on recurring issuesVerify workmanship against IPC/WHMA-A-620, customer specifications, and internal proceduresInspect for continuity, proper crimping, soldering, labeling, and overall assembly qualityReview and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructionsUse tools such as calipers, microscopes, multimeters, and continuity testers during inspectionsAdhere to SQA/Client policiesAbility to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to project stakeholders, including engineers, managers,



and customersSkills and qualificationsCable and Wire Harness Inspection Experience (3+ years)Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematicsStrong documentation skillsIPC 620 certification is not required but would be a plusFAI, PO, and in process inspection documentationExperience in preparing quality assurance documentation, including test plans, inspection reports, and non-conformance reportsProblem-solving skills to troubleshoot quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reliabilityStrong written and verbal communication skills to document quality processes, procedures, and test results effectivelyTeamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and managers throughout the satellite development lifecycleBilingual English and Spanish must be able to read and writeSQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
