This role will involve planning, executing, and documenting tests for a range of products with complex implementations.
The QA Senior Analyst will initiate tests, analyze results, troubleshoot systems, and work collaboratively with development and business teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance the user and employee experience.Job Responsibilities:Define and execute test cases for web/mobile applications based on software requirements and technical specificationsRecord and analyze test results, comparing them against expected outcomes to ensure high qualityProvide insights from a user's perspective to improve the client-side experienceEnhance and mature regression testing processes,



ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficiencyDesign and document detailed test plans for various projectsParticipate actively in an Agile development environment, contributing to daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectivesLead QA efforts for application releases, ensuring smooth transitions to productionBe available to address critical production issues, including after-hours support when necessaryJob Requirements:Must Haves:Experienced with API endpoint testing and tools (Postman, Swagger).
Experienced with e-Commerce applications (web and mobile).
