More than 140 patents reflect our strong culture of innovation.To strengthen our position as a market and technology leader, we are looking for bright minds to join our teams across Europe, North America, and Asia.We are currently looking for an experienced Commodity Buyer – Direct Materials to join our Sourcing team in Querétaro.Position ObjectiveResponsible for the regional sourcing strategy, supplier management, and commercial conditions of assigned commodities, ensuring competitive pricing, supply continuity, supplier performance, and effective support for serial production and engineering changes.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute commodity strategies and sourcing initiatives aligned with regional and general purchasing strategies.Manage RFQs and price estimations for serial production, prototypes, and engineering changes.Negotiate purchasing prices, commercial conditions, and supplier agreements.Prepare and support sourcing decisions and supplier nominations.Manage supplier contracts throughout the product lifecycle.Identify and implement cost-saving and VAVE initiatives.Develop resourcing and dual-sourcing strategies when required.Monitor supplier production capacity, tooling, and equipment availability.Support Project Buyers with pricing, sourcing status, supplier lead times,
