You will conduct on-the-job training, develop refresher programs, and mentor associates on Medical Billing, AR, claims and denials, payer communication, and denial management.The adecuado candidate has 4+ years in RCM, prior training or leadership roles, advanced English, and strong coaching and problem-solving skills.
This on-site role supports Centro-region operations.
