This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Manufacturing - Operations group.
A successful incumbent is expected to
(i) Plan and coordinate activities of a large team across multiple departments to comply with production and costs programs; Ensure all operating procedures and policies are executed properly, and
(ii) Maintain an efficient operation; ensure alignment with the business operations or operational priorities (safety, quality, customer service, people, and cost).
Requires 2+ years of experience in production with a bachelor's degree; 7+ years of production experience without a bachelor's degree and a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as defined.

complying with high levels of safety and quality as required by company - Monitor assembly operations directing and coordinating productive operations - Ensure that products comply with the requirements established in the quality standards - Assign and organize the activities, instruct, guide and assist workers to resolve issues - Ensure that personnel under their responsibility comply with EHS requirements - Responsible for the safe and correct operation of the assigned product line - Participate on special projects related to productivity and new products as needed - Process data, analyze trends, and establish action plans in alignment with operational priorities - Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
- Motivate and lead a high-performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members - Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as defined.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in production with a Bachelor's degree; 7+ years of production experience without a bachelor's degree.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Advanced knowledge of a manufacturing operating system - Working knowledge of EHS and quality requirements
