ActivitiesManage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.Define project schedules, timelines, and key milestones for new product launches.Plan and coordinate pre-pilot and pilot production runs.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.Monitor and follow up on activities throughout all stages of the product introduction process.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within the metalworking/manufacturing industry.Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI).
HVAC or air conditioning industry experience is a plus.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software.Valid U.S. visa required.
