Job Description
Acting independently, the Software Development Leader provides technical support and advice in the department that manages and monitors systems and infrastructure operations and analyzes problems or malfunctions to ensure timely resolution. Participates in the coordination of corrective actions with Systems Engineering as appropriate.

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Lead/Manage portfolio of multiple development projects
- Perform detailed analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance activities
- Provides technical leadership and architecture guidance; make key design decisions affecting scalability, reliability, and maintainability
