Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals
Develop targeted sales strategies: Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals
Lead end-to-end sales process: Coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensure accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel's sales management system
Supervise and support team members, monitor performance,



provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
