The Supply Chain NPI Specialist will play a key role in supporting new product introductions and strategic sourcing initiatives for CHVAC products. This position is responsible for driving supplier selection, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience while collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams. As a Supply Chain NPI Specialist you'll be responsible for:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality,



delivery performance, and supply continuity.
Lead supplier selection, quotation analysis, negotiations, and contract administration activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and meet project timelines.
Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs and drive initiatives that enhance supplier performance, resilience, and operational efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
~5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or supplier management.
~ Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or BPCS, along with advanced Excel skills.
~ Advanced English communication skills (C1 level).
Experience within HVAC, automotive, metal-mechanical, copper fabrication, or assembly manufacturing industries.
