Job Responsibilities
Enter and update information accurately into company databases and systems.
Complete assigned data entry tasks according to provided instructions.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain digital records, files, and documents.
Transfer information from documents, spreadsheets, forms, and other sources into databases.
Perform basic data verification and quality checks.
Complete and submit assigned data tasks within the required deadlines.
Track completed tasks and report task status when required.
Follow data entry procedures and instructions carefully.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.




Communicate with team members through email, chat, or online collaboration tools.
Requirements
Basic computer and internet skills.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
Good written communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and submit completed tasks on time.
Previous data entry experience is an advantage but not required.
